The business incubator is launching the Department of Trade and Employment, has gone a step further with the recent approval by the Plenary of the municipal ordinance regulating the prices of this new service, which is exposed to the public before final approval.
The prices of the three offices available, all expenses included, and right to use two meeting rooms, along with offices, conference and lounge in Santiago de la Ribera, amounts to 93.17 euros month to clearance of 8.84 m;
125.43 per month for the office 11,90metros square, and 144.19 for the largest with 13.68 square meters.
The Plenary approved the proposal of the Department of Trade and Employment which explained the owner, the mayor Pedro López, we followed the technical reports that set prices and indicate the obligation to cover basic services such as telephone lines and wifi which is individual for security, cleaning, elevator, electricity, and water, plus the provision of meeting and congress hall.
Pedro Lopez said that this business incubator created with the aim to support entrepreneurs who have a business project and few resources for their implementation, so they have set basic prices, with fully equipped facilities, in order to support and promote the creation of businesses and jobs in our town.
The rules of operation of the business incubator, which is already approved, provides that the beneficiaries of this service, which will be operational by the end of the year, will have to be entrepreneurs in a business project-ups, have a plan viable business and to develop a lawful, ethical and adequate infrastructure business incubator activity.
Applicants must have registered office and tax in the municipality of San Javier, especially valuing the social economy companies, which create jobs and assembled by women, youth and disabled.
