Canoeing, told by three local canoeists, is the protagonist of the second appointment, on Friday 13 February, with the project "Athletes what you have in San Javier," an initiative that involved the Department of Culture, Youth, Sport, Education and Local Development Agency, which aims to promote sports culture from personal experience.
In distended meetings, and in different settings, the athletes themselves tell their life experience with sports events open to the public interest, whether in the form of interview, lecture or discussion.
This time will canoeists José Antonio Lucas, Raul Lopez and Francisco Luengo which discuss with the audience the beginning their achievements, challenges, expectations and vision about the beginnings of the sport in Santiago de la Ribera and how it has evolved to the present day .
The project started last December with the Paralympian Lorenzo Albaladejo in an interview with public and can be seen in blog that will collect all these meetings (losdeportistastelocuentanensanjavier.blogspot.com).
The event will take place on Friday February 13 at 20: 00h.
