Councillor for Culture and director of the International Festival of Theatre, Music and Dance in San Javier, Inmaculada García attended the European Fair of Performing Arts for Children FETEN held in Gijón, Asturias, from 22 to 27 February
A Fair, which opened the China National Company, attended 72 Spanish and foreign companies and more than 500 distributed and programmers who have seen 150 performances in 25 different scenarios and to describe other projects and various productions directed at children.
Upon his return, Inmaculada García stressed the importance of such shows which accounts, in this case, the most representative of today as far as children's theater is concerned, contacting companies, distributors and programmers.
The head of the International Festival of Theatre, Music and Dance in San Javier, also stressed the importance of enhancing the theater among younger consumers theater of the future will be.
In this regard, he recalled that the Festival of San Javier has invested in the latest editions of the younger audience, expanding the offer and seeking the highest possible quality.
While staying at the Fair, from 24 to 26 February, Inmaculada García participated in the Assembly Network and Public Auditorium Theatre, which took the Fair for ordinary call, and part as director of Theatre Festival Music and Dance in San Javier.
