The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo has signed today with the secretary general of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, Diego Manuel Pardo in Murcia, an agreement by which the City of San Javier adds to development Housing Information System in the Region of Murcia (SIVMURCIA).
The aim of this system, which has also joined other municipalities, is to have accurate information on housing that allows strategic planning of the sector, making it available to both public administrations and institutions and the general public.
Through the agreement signed this morning at the headquarters of the Ministry of Development, the City of San Javier agrees to cooperate in the exchange of information related to the housing sector.
Specifically, through Hidrogea, facilitate data relating to contracts of high water supplies and other details such as those relating to consumption.
The information provided along with other data such as cadastral crossed through Land Information Unit (ITU) will reveal details of the regional park homes, and uses thereof in different seasons, including analysis They will deepen the knowledge of the sector.
Through this agreement, which does not involve commitment of expenditure, the Land Information Unit (ITU) provide the City Council and Hidrogea, the cadastral reference of each dwelling or building associated with a contract for the supply of drinking water.
At the same event they signed the agreement mayors of Los Alcázares, Lorquí and Lorca, and adding a total of 26 municipalities that have signed.
