Summer School organized by the Municipal Social Services Centre has hosted about 300 children who have enrolled by fortnights or months throughout July and August, said today Councillor for Social Services, Estíbaliz during a visit to Masegosa Summer School held at the municipal library.
It was one of the outputs programmed in the first half of August, in which the children were able to get to know the library with a guided tour of the center's staff and after lunch enjoy a storytelling session.
Masegosa thanked the host to the library and stressed the importance of the smallest known this municipal resource in addition to reading or studying can find plenty of activities throughout the year.
July exceeded 200 children enrolled in this Summer School subsidized by the city in which the work in values ​​education through recreational activities taught by specialized instructors who choose children themselves as cooking, clay, zumba, pilates, gardening, water parties, and dynamic stories and values ​​education, among others.
Municipal Summer School has been held in schools El Mirador, El Recuerdo and Fulgencio Ruiz.
