The commission has brought to publication, as is traditional, the basis for participation in the contest that will choose the next festive image editing.
It is the first step in making a program in which you are working and that surely await him numerous events and news.
The bases itself keep the same structure as previous editions, changing, both logically year deadline that will be limited to Monday December 14, 2015 in place of traditional delivery, the Tourist Office.

Since the Commission is encouraged everyone to submit posters, as well as calls for participation and involvement in extras for the next edition.
ELECTION RULES POSTER CARNIVAL 2016 Santiago de la Ribera
1. Participants: Open to all who want it.
2. SIZE: Papers will be presented on cardboard or rigid formats and measurements are 50 cm.
X 35 cm long vertically.
3. TECHNIQUE: Free.
4. The posters must bear the following label: "CARNIVAL 2016 Santiago de la Ribera"
5. Presentation of works: In the Tourist Office of Santiago de la Ribera, located in the Prince of Asturias Social Club.
The last day of deadline for submission is Monday, December 14, 2015 to 19: 00H, the works that are sent by mail, will not enter the contest if subsequently recepcionan to set the time and date.
They may submit a maximum of two drawings per participant.

6. IDENTIFICATION: Originals submitted unsigned and closed, adding in a separate envelope the name of the author, and the CD data in case of digital design, numerándose in the Office of Tourism, delivery, envelope and drawing.
7. JURY: The jury will be made by the Commission of Carnival and other persons designated by it, by its nature relationship or sponsorship.
8. PRIZE: The prize is three hundred Euros (€ 300.00) in cash.
9. The judges' decision is final.
10. The winning work will remain property of the organization.
Such property includes all rights inherent in their free reproduction, distribution and transmission case, considering the Copyright Act.
11. The competition organizers reserve the right to make decisions not reflected in these rules and resolve any conflict in the interpretation of them.
12. Participants posters have been designed in digital format, must attach the design on a CD to be inserted in the envelope with the participant's data
13. The works will be unpublished, assuming disqualifying if there is a plagiarism.
14. The works will be collected during the course of the presentation of the cartel and during the 7 calendar days of the same in the Office of Tourism.
If, after that time, the owner has not collected his work, the organization will be free to dispose of it or for destruction.
15. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
All works submitted will be exhibited in the presentation WINNER POSTER.
