On Friday September 25, 2015, the spokesman of Citizens in the City of San Javier, Murcia Antonio, filed a motion for the next regular plenary session to be held in October, so that the City Council sanjaviereño make an official statement in favor of the unity of Spain and the challenge of independence sector in Catalonia.
It stands for the proposition C's San Javier, the solidarity with it, you want to show all those citizens who do not want Catalan independence, residents both inside and outside of the historic autonomous region, and can not express themselves freely;
as well as the C's own party, headed nationally by the Catalan Albert Rivera.
In this respect, the fact that, in the orange group of San Javier own, there are members from Catalonia who feel bound hand and foot, powerless over what lies ahead in the coming weeks is emphasized due to the fact residing, for many years, outside the Catalan community;
and therefore not entitled to participate in the upcoming regional elections, which the separatists, presented surprisingly as plebiscite;
challenging thereby the rule of law, and forgetting, and the real problems of the citizens.
