The Department of Social Services goes a step further in family intervention and evolves direct and individualized intervention towards an action in which it is more emphasis on prevention, targeting all of society.
The idea has resulted in the Family Care Program Group was presented this morning by the Councillor for Social Services, Estíbaliz Masegosa and coordinator of Municipal Social Services Center, Alicia Balsalobre, in the municipality of San Javier.
It is a large multidisciplinary program that will be developed through more than 50 proposals of activities throughout the school year, with quarterly programming, most of which are intended as opportunities for family life.
Masegosa Estíbaliz The mayor explained that the program will be developed under the premise of group performance through four areas that are the Municipal School of Family, in collaboration with the education system, education levels Infant, Primary and Secondary.
The program has already closed for the next quarter performance related, for example with information technology, or nutrition and health field where development workshops and weekly menu healthy family is called.
There will also be activities weekend in family and sports, among many others.
The actions related to the education system will be developed in the centers themselves, in classrooms and will be related to emotions, cinema and education in values, and topics related to each one's age of each formative stage.
Many of these activities will, after its continuity with the family.
The program of actions and activities to be developed will make it known, as you close through the Associations of Parents of Students from the schools themselves, brochures and on the municipal website www.sanjavier.es in Window of Social Services as well as other municipal services diffusion.
