The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo today visited the regional headquarters that the Telephone of Hope has in San Javier, accompanied by the Councillor for Social Services, Estíbaliz Masegosa and the regional president of the Association, Maria Guerrero after renovation collaboration agreement between both institutions through which the City of San Javier gives 2,000 euros for annual activity.
Luengo emphasized the important role developed by the Hope Phone prevention and psychological and emotional support to anyone who may be in a position to support.
The mayor of San Javier highlighted the functionality of the facilities that could house some municipal activities according to the agreement between the Mayor and the head of Hope Phone during the visit.
The building works with local character from 2007 and was built on a plot donated by the city of San Javier in the street Archena.
As explained by Maria Guerrero the center welcomes the activities of the Hope Phone with conferences, lectures, talks and training and prevention program, as important as the intervention "because the phone is much more than the call," he said .
