The carnival troupe Santiago de la Ribera "Bora Bora" returns to exalt the dish par excellence of our cuisine made by fishermen of the town and served by components of the festive rock.
Two hundred neighbors and representatives of associations and local political groups, enjoyed a day together with a tasting of different dishes served cauldron and mullet.
The mayor of San Javier, Jose Miguel Luengo, had a memory of the victims of the recent bombing in Paris, as well as invited to observe a minute of silence.
The event was also embraced by the charity "Baby Jesus", whose president Maria Jesús Gallego, thanked the troupe and the town hall its cooperation with it and the work they do to help the needy.
During the meal also it proceeded to formalize the sisterhood between the parade of Carnival "Paradise" Circle of Santa Ana (Cartagena) and the group of Santiago de la Ribera.
