The photo exhibition "Bad treatment vs good deal: you decide" which can be seen in the library of San Javier week opened yesterday in San Javier dedicated to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women held November 25 morning.
It is a set of images that illustrate the consequences of abuse and the effects of their release produced and performed by a group of young girls who are part of a pioneering program aimed at teenagers launched in the Specialty Care Center for Women Vícitmas Violence (CAVI) of San Javier, by psychologist from the center, Juana Fuentes.
The exhibition can be seen on the ground floor of the library of San Javier until December 7 was presented as an art project in the latest edition of Youth Art Festival, Imagina 2015 and today has been chosen by the Directorate General Women to make it a traveling exhibition traveling throughout the region.
The conference, opened by the Councillor for Women and Equality, Estíbaliz Masegosa, started with a performance of the dance group Campus UCAM Cartagena called "Fragile" that can see in the garden of the library.
In the afternoon the psychologist Juana Fuentes gave a talk-workshop aimed specifically at teenage girls in which the importance of knowing addressed, love each other and take care of yourself, which can be decisive for a possible "toxic" relationship.
The program continues until next Monday with the presentation of the SCAN project, which uses dogs therapy for women victims of violence, and institutional manifesto this year 25N sound in the schoolyard "Sacred Heart".
