In this regard, he cited the design, manufacture or repair of vessels;
schools of sailing, rowing and surfing;

The initiative includes measures to encourage the creation and establishment of this business network around the nautical leisure, such as grants and tax reductions in business tax or property tax, subsidies for the start of activity, counseling for search soil or aid for purchase.
In this sense, the initiative includes the creation of a nursery in which all companies involved in this activity are concentrated.

It provides a space 'coworking', with capacity for about twenty projects, in order to accelerate the creation and consolidation of that business and industry related to the nautical leisure would be enabled.
Javier Celdrán stressed that "it is important that companies share a common space, because that closeness helps create synergies and economies of scale, and to promote the development of innovative ideas and imaginative solutions industry challenges."
