José María García Méndez, Councillor for Citizen by the City of San Javier, has complied with the request of CAVI, Centre for Victims of Gender, who had previously sent a letter to all municipality groups arguing that the lack of hours spent each of its techniques (three currently) much hindered the ability to efficiently perform the required work.
Before this report, grouping Orange San Javier hand his number two, Garcia Mendez, registered a petition to the government team which requests that the number of hours of dedication CAVI psychologist amounts to 35 hours a week, for this way can be carried out the project "Prevention and Intervention Program with the teenager."
CAVI currently has three techniques, a psychologist, a lawyer and a social worker.
Among the many tasks of prevention, equality and employment carried out, was born a project entitled 'Prevention and Intervention Program with teenager', where requests for underage women seeking help are met.
This is a pioneering project that was born from the hands of the CAVI psychologist whose host is still excellent nationwide.
Given the demonstrated importance of the project and the existing problem of the lack of hours of psychologist to develop more fully, it is why Citizens registered the above request, as it is vital that there is a good prevention and awareness among adolescents to eradicate this scourge of abuse.
As happened in other issues such as the guiding of Loreto, soup kitchens or working families at the airport of San Javier, Citizens again shows that it is a close match with the citizen, although in some cases such as this one incumbent, is something of pure logic and can not and should not have political colors.
