The general director of Health Care Health Murciano Service (SMS), Tomás Fernández, today introduced the Device Health Care in the Region of Murcia for the summer period, providing additional care consultations in 51 family medicine and pediatrics at 20 care points located on the coast.
Among the novelties was the installation of a new point of care in the north of La Manga, San Javier.
Fernandez was accompanied by Deputy Director General of Primary Care, José Javier Herranz, the Primary Care Manager Area II of Cartagena, Manuel Ángel Moreno, area manager Lorca, José Luis Albarracín and the manager of 061, Celdran Francisco.
Tomas Fernandez explained that "despite the trend of recent years indicates that increasingly serve less assists displaced on our shores, we kept the reinforcement that we have developed the past few summers, and have even created a new point of care."

Health centers in Puerto de Mazarron and La Manga Costa Calida heed morning, noon and night, and Los Nietos, Los Narejos, Los Alcazares, La Ribera, Lo Pagan, Cavanna (La Manga) and will do so in Northern Eagles morning and evening (9 to 21 hours).

In addition, two units medicalized Emergency (EMU) will strengthen the fleet of six that are based in the Costa Calida.
Los Alcazares and San Pedro have an HEU, in addition to the stable in La Manga, Mazarron, Cartagena (two UME), Torre Pacheco and Eagles.
Emergencies will be covered also by air to Augusta 109 helicopter, based in Los Alcazares and a maximum of 20-minute ride to the furthest point of the region.
