The mayor of San Javier Pepa Garcia and the widow of former Mayor Jose Ruiz Manzanares, Angela Arguello have discovered this morning the board gives its name to "Mayor José Ruiz Manzanares Park, located in the urbanization of Four Peaks, Santiago de la Ribera.
