Civil Guard, as part of operation "COOKIE", developed in the Mar Menor area of Murcia, has recovered a lot of effects from theft, and proceeded to the arrest of five persons, one of them under age, as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of robbery with force, ABDUCTION OF VEHICLE AND HOUSING INFRINGEMENT.
Up to now, lack of analyzing all the information obtained, it is known for authoring several criminal acts in which they seized more than 200,000 euros.
La Guardia Civil de Murcia early last June, police launched an operation in the area of Mar Menor, in the context of services oriented towards the fight against property crime.
La Guardia Civil began investigations to be aware of the existence of a group of people of North African origin, which presumably could be devoting to the commission of such crimes.
He then established a broad research device, consisting of surveillance in the areas likely to commit such crimes, as well as task analysis of information collected, in order to understand both the physical descriptions such as the identities of the alleged perpetrators .
The result of this device, after hard work, the Civil Guard narrowed the research to a group of four or five people, acting fully coordinated, obtaining qualitative data to know them.
Later, after identifying all members of the network, tested the logistics used by them are able to locate a property on the outskirts of the town of San Javier, who after usurped, was used by the criminal group to store effects removed.
Once obtained all necessary evidence and the alleged perpetrators being located in the building "store", was established the operational phase of the operation, which carried out the entry and search of usurped property, where they found numerous effects from the commission of robberies.
The members of the group to observe the presence of agents engaged in a quick escape, moments later after being held to oppose a strong resistance to the agents of the Guardia Civil.
Acting with geographical mobility
This criminal group acting with a high mobility, and that without analyzing all the information gathered, the author has noted in several robberies in the towns of Fuente Alamo, San Javier, Pilar de la Horadada (Alicante).
The effects stolen by this group were primarily solar panels, appliances, industrial equipment and machinery, but occasionally we subtracted domestic machinery, vehicles, furniture and doors.
ARREST:
- Five people were arrested, identified as AK, AA, SK, FS, with ages between 23 and 31 years of age and all of Moroccan nationality, and a minor.
All as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of robbery with force, and VEHICLE REMOVAL OF REAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT.
EFFECTS RECOVERED:
- At the entrance and searches on the property usurped, seized numerous effects from the thefts, worth over 200,000 euros, of which 158 were photovoltaic panels, a motorcycle, jewelry, clothes washers, refrigerators, players VHS and DVD decoders, digital terrestrial television (DTT), tools and machines, radial drills, milling machines, circular saws, furniture and doors.
The quick action of the Civil Guard has imminently dismantle this network, avoiding the commission of further crimes, as well as recovering stolen lots of effects, most have already been delivered to their owners.
The police operation has developed the Civil Guard agents in Murcia, assigned to the Research Area of San Javier.
