The human body is the only link between the six proposals that make "striptease", a show that mixes drama and dance, in which the actors / characters are undressing in the eyes of the public showing with other physical nakedness nakedness with which not only aims to excite the senses, "but other parts of the brain."
Two choreographers, Rafael Amargo y Sol Picó, a filmmaker, Jaime Chavarri, and three stage directors, Padrissa Carles, La Fura dels Baus, Andrés Lima, Laboratory Animal, and Mario Gas, created and directed the six pieces that make up this original and suggestive spectacle "that moves in the waters of the sensual and poetry, criticism and voluptuous, using human nudity as a self without masks or coercion," according to the organizers explained.
The show, produced by Elsinore, begins with the piece of Bitter, which features a barefoot dancers in a choreography that mixes flamenco with the Baroque music of Mozart.
Jaime Chavarri alludes to the myth of beauty and the beast with a circus and a horse tamer.
Carlos Padrissa honors the "sounding board" which is the body of an opera singer to the rhythm of the cantata "Carmina Burana", with which symbolizes the union of two lovers.
Sol Picó has a dancer that is clear of all charges and complex form of prosthesis, dancing, literally, for the walls.
Mario Gas striptease turns to a woman does when she undresses to return to the privacy of your home, and Andrés Lima presents a newly married couple starts ripping their clothes, and then the skin, from love to violence.
There are six different proposals which have in common is the vision that each of its directors brings about the striptease, nudity or progressive actors, using the human body as a vehicle of language, with different aesthetic perspectives.
