The director of the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia, Veronica Lopez, inaugurated this morning the Bureau XXVIII Sector Youth Councils, an organ of the Youth Council of Spain, where young people are represented in all regions.
At the opening of this meeting, being held today and tomorrow in San Javier, in the European Solidarity Santiago de la Ribera, also attended by the chairman of the Youth Council of Spain, Daniel Lostao, the president of Youth Council Murcia John David Babyack, President of the Local Council of Youth of San Javier, Facundo Sanchez, and the councilman of Youth of the City of San Javier, José Luis Espinosa.
The sector table is a meeting between the heads of young people throughout Spain where they are released youth policies in each region to exchange experiences, proposals and actions.
Held every four months and their coordination is rotated among the different Autonomous Youth Councils.
This time, the Region of Murcia is the host of this meeting which will discuss the budgets allocated to the Autonomous Communities grants, the program "Youth in Action 'of the European Union and the Council Work Plan for Youth of Spain for the years 2009 and 2010.
