The Department of Environment of the municipality of San Javier and the Directorate General for Environmental Quality, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Spatial Planning has launched a new edition in the municipality of San Javier of the "Project Book: Share Recycling Culture. "
This campaign, which was successful in previous years, is the collection of books and learning materials to be sent to developing countries for reuse by Spanish speakers, with the dual aim of giving a second life to materials no longer use, and promote access to education and culture in other countries.
Those interested in providing this type of material can go to any school in the municipality, civic centers, libraries and council of the Environment, in the municipality of San Javier where they have ready-boxes for the collection containers to be held until on 15 December.
The Department of Environment has appealed to people who volunteered for the job of packaging material, which will take place in January and February 2009, which will be formed to select the books and the collected material is reuse in education and training of children in places of destination.
The material is not considered suitable for this role will be recycled.
