The municipal archive illustrates the history of education in San Javier to unpublished documents dating from 1836 and plenty of museum material of the time (18/11/2008)

The municipality of San Javier is hosting an exhibition organized by the municipal archive in which documents the history of education in the municipality since 1836, when the oldest dated document above, until the late 70's.

The exhibition "Education in San Javier: a historical approach through archival documents, which will be open until 19 December, was inaugurated this morning by the mayor of San Javier, Pepa Garcia, general director of the Book , Archives and Libraries, Giménez and Francisco municipal archivist and curator of the exhibition, Luis Lluch, in a ceremony that brought together much of the collective education of the municipality.
