The councilman of Youth, José Luis Espinosa attended the gala Youth Awards Murcia, which each year gives the Youth Institute of the Region of Murcia, in which the Association of Friendship with the Saharawi People Sea Menor, San Javier was awarded the work of Solidarity with the Saharawi people in camps in Tindouf, Algeria, as well as actions taken to social integration and protection of human rights.
The nomination for the Award of the Association of Solidarity with the Saharawi People Friendship Mar Menor was given by the Local Youth Council of San Javier, whose vice president, Fuensanta Postigo, a member of the award, attended by the president, Teresa Postigo to collect the prize of 3,000 euros, which will go to aid programs Saharawi people, which was delivered by the delegate general of Solidarity for Development, Mariola Cabanes.
The councilman of Youth, José Luis Espinosa, said "the presence of San Javier in some awards like these in which distinguishes the values and efforts of youth initiatives across the region."
Espinosa also stressed that the prize received is that of solidarity "which shows that our young people, as is the case Fuensanta are supportive and are willing to give part of their effort and time to others."
