The mayor of San Javier, Pepa Garcia inaugurated the painting exhibition "reincarnated in Taurus", the young painter José García Ramírez Barcelona these days he exhibited his work in the municipal museum of San Javier.
Pepa García said during the opening of the exhibit "the strength, energy and vitality of the tables in which the bull and merge the rock."
The bull, a key figure in the work of this painter trained at the School of Arts and Crafts in La Massana, brings nobility to the force of nature with which it is impossible landscapes that refer to the author's dream world without eliminating the line figurative even combining the power of the abstract.
Reality and fiction come together in this exhibit strong significant burden on this young artist demonstrates once again his skill in the outline, in the composition, and the powerful combination of chromatic range which provides a added value in each table, giving the color a discreet role in each work.
José García Ramírez, short but intense career, he has exhibited in Barcelona, Toledo, Alicante and Jaen, where the boy discovered the sights of a world which then led him to start in drawing and now remain in his paintings.
Olivos, ruins, olive groves and especially bulls are recurring elements of the painter who has put his bulls in the most unexpected places even in the stone cast of a building in ruins in a desert of La Muga, or weathered rock Cape de Creus.
The exhibition is open until May 3 at the temporary exhibition hall of the Museum of San Javier, Tuesday to Saturday from 09.30 to 14.00
and from 16.00 to 19.00 pm, and Sundays from 10.30 to 14.00
