The municipal library has today a new Bibliomóvil has been released by the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, through the General Directorate of Libraries, with a budget of books by Murcia.
The mayor of San Javier, Pepa Garcia has presented this morning at the Plaza of Spain with representatives of various local associations and members of the Home for the Elderly in San Javier, which are the main beneficiaries of this Bibliomóvil with adult literature.
Pepa García explained that the Bibliomóvil, which consists of a rack with wheels, with a carrier for transportation of books, will go through the various associations, groups and older homes in the municipality with a budget of books composed of titles municipal library, which will be renewed, in order to facilitate access to reading in their usual places of meeting.
The new Bibliomóvil adds to existing aimed at children, and how it will also be available at the municipal pool during public swimming season next summer.
