More than 200 civilians swear flag in the plaza of Spain to San Javier (12/06/2009)

More than 200 civilians have sworn allegiance to the Spanish flag in a ceremony this morning in the plaza of San Javier Spain chaired by the Deputy Director General of Personnel Management of the Air Force, James Guillen, director Col.
