The municipality of San Javier renewed like every year, the twinning for 25 years joins him Javier, Navarra, the birthplace of St. Francis Xavier patron of both municipalities on Sunday June 28 held a day of living in Javier.
On this occasion the mayor of San Javier Pepa Garcia and several council members, along with a group of 50 residents have left this morning for Javier where they remain until 29 June, on a trip organized by the City each year to mark the twinning.
The mayor of San Javier, Pepa and Javier García, María José Guindano renew the twinning on a journey that begins in the Castle of Javier, and a mass of Brotherhood, after which there will be a tour of the small village of Javier and a meal of coexistence with the participation of the residents of both municipalities.
The agenda of the trip includes several visits as Hondarribia and San Sebastián on 27 June as well as San Juan de la Peña, with stops in one way and back in Aranda de Duero, Burgos, where we visit the cathedral, as well as Logroño, and Lerma.
