The use of helmets on motorcycles and mopeds in the municipality of San Javier is higher than in the rest of the region and in Spain, according to figures provided today by the Security council, Manuel Leal in relation to checks by local police San Javier in the campaign on helmet use launched the Traffic Department, and will be in force until 31 July.
