The neighborhood of fishermen, in Santiago de la Ribera tomorrow celebrates its patron saint, the Virgen del Carmen, with the unveiling of a plaque to one of the neighborhood streets be renamed Armed Fisherman by Julián Izquierdo Canovas that was one of the first residents of the neighborhood at the entrance of Santiago de la Ribera.
The mayor of San Javier, Pepa García, family and friends find the plate at 20:00 pm
At 20:30 will be a mass orchard, to be attended by local authorities and the queen of the festivities in Santiago de la Ribera, Ana Maria Millan and her bridesmaids dressed in costume huertano, to be followed a procession with the image of the patron through the streets of the neighborhood, to end a festival with entertainment by the "Return", at 22:30 pm
The maritime procession in Santiago de la Ribera with the image of the Virgen del Carmen will be held on Sunday 19 July at 09:30.
As is customary at the end of the procession of boats will be delivered the plaque to the Angler of the Year.
