Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia, belonging to the Provincial Brigade Aliens and Borders, have arrested a businessman in the agricultural sector and three other people working with this agency, as responsible for the crime of falsifying an official document and crime the rights of workers.
The investigation began several months ago, after detecting that were being presented for processing work and residence permits of foreigners, an unusually high number of contracts of employment from an agricultural company located in San Javier, Murcia.
After making the appropriate arrangements, it was found that most of the contracts submitted for processing were fraudulent and were issued solely for the purpose of obtaining the regularization of immigrants, by virtue of their employment with the company investigated.
The contracts, which were sold for amounts up to a thousand euros, were offered to immigrants through several persons engaged in collection of stakeholders in such proceedings.
Once obtained all the necessary information, we proceeded to the location and arrest of all involved in this activity to complete its investigations on the 15th October with the bringing to justice the last of the four arrested in this operation, whose initials are as follows: PFM, M.CH., MD and AS, the first of them Spanish nationality and the rest of Moroccan nationality.
