Pepa Garcia presented the awards along with the councilman of Celebration, Jesus Montesinos, and the queen and ladies of the party, congratulated "the festival committee for having awarded to three winners, not only in his profession but in solidarity" and noted the coincidence of a major vocation of solidarity in the three laureates.
The pilot Michael Gates, welcomed the award coming from the people of the rocks "and was extended to all those who supported him as a team to complete several Dakar rallies and solidarity route to Mauritania.
Francisco Gines Perez received the award given to the Mariner 09 Real Club de Regatas Santiago de la Ribera said the club's link with the town "whose name it bears both the sports movement and national and international championships as the host has received."
Teodoro Martinez also thanked the committee excited party "who has thought of me for this award."
