Local police officers arrested Sunday in San Javier to a man nearby in Los Alcazares which allegedly stole the truck he was driving in a reckless manner, without a license and under the influence of alcohol.
The detainee who answers Woco initial 29-year-old refused to perform the breath test with evidential breathalyzer after testing positive in another sample.
The arrest occurred at seven o'clock when officers spotted the truck that ran small suspiciously by the Spanish Aviation Avenue, near the headquarters of the local police in San Javier, why it was stopped the driver.
The officers found the truck had been stolen shortly before in Los Alcazares.
The detainee was traveling alone, tested positive for blood alcohol test conducted by the patrol and refused to repeat the evidential breathalyzer crowded vehicle that personó minutes later.
The officers moved to arrest the Civil Guard barracks in Santiago de la Ribera for his remand in custody.
