Santiago de la Ribera Outlet Fair celebrates its second bridge over the Holy Week, from 1-4 April with the participation of 40 commercial establishments in San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera.
The Fair will be located on the esplanade Barnuevo have a total of 50 stands that are open from 10:00 to 21:00 of uninterruptible.
The Director General of Commerce, Julio José Lorenzo, Councillor for Local Development, José Luis Espinosa and presidents of associations of traders in San Javier, Carlos Calvo, and Santiago de la Ribera, Ruben Ramos presented this morning the second edition of Outlet Fair hoping to exceed last year's figures when it received over 20,000 visitors in four days, with sales exceeding 400 products per day, according to data from the participating associations.
The presidents of associations of traders expect to repeat the success of the first edition taking advantage of the influx of visitors leaving the bridge tour of the Holy Week, and bringing quality products with prices "heavily discounted."
The variety on offer is guaranteed, and as will be explained from hairdressing, electrical appliances, with great importance of fashion, footwear, accessories, household linen, and decorations, among other products.
Local Development Councilman Jose Luis Espinosa said that this edition is "consolidating the Fair Outlet in its first edition was a resounding success", which has been attributed to the cooperation of merchants, and local and regional administrations.
The Director General of Commerce, Julio José guaranteed financial support of the department with a contribution that can vary "between 18,000 to 30,000 euros."
After noting the success of the first edition "that surpassed all expetactivas" recalled that such actions fall within the Plan to Promote Retail launched from his apartment.
Local Development Councilman Jose Luis Espinosa also stressed the economic impact the fair has on the environment.
Something which this year will be measured through a survey which begins with the Outlet, and will continue with the festival Legends of Rock, and Jazz in the summer, to know more accurately the effect of such events has on the local economy.
