The Councillor for New Technologies, Manuel Leal, and the computer technician municipality of San Javier, Angel Garcia, met on Tuesday 13 April in the city of Elche with representatives from the towns of Mula, Calasparra, Moratalla, Beniel and Elche, with participating in a joint project in the Avanza Plan launched by the Ministry of Industry with funding from the European Social Fund.

Representatives of the five participating municipalities meet regularly to promote the joint project that was presented in San Javier in September last year and focuses on the provision of public services as telematics, being a territorial pioneer project in Spain.
