The Popular Party has been surprised to read in the Bulletin of the Region of Murcia on April 21, a notice signed by the mayor of San Javier in which they agree the public exhibition of the traffic ordinance of the municipality of San Javier once completed its initial approval.
That ordinance was included in the agenda of the regular plenary session held on March 9 and its discussion, the Popular Party proposed that the matter would be on the table to better study because they are not properly regulated such issues as the high level of sanctions and the problems of advertising vehicles.
PP's proposal was approved with 9 votes in favor of the council of the popular group, with 4 abstentions independent councilors and 8 votes against Socialist councilors.
The People's Party asked for the immediate rectification of the agreement published in the BORM and assumes that the mayor initially approved an ordinance that at no time has the approval of Parliament.
We recall that a few days ago Pepa Garcia raised a plenary session vote preventing the item on the agenda and withholding information from opposition groups.
Also recently reported the revenue for the municipality's tourism council, but the mayor has assumed so far, any kind of political responsibility.
On the other hand the residents of San Javier will not benefit this year from reductions in property tax because the council forgot to finance published in time (before January 1) in the Gazette amending the tax
And now that the mayor issued the ordinance of movement without the prior approval of Parliament.
The government of San Javier is a real lack of control, organizational chaos disproportionate dimensions.
