IES San Javier Mar Menor has focused on the figure of Jules Verne as every year to celebrate World Book Day with an extensive and varied program of activities through which approaches the figure of Verne from all subjects and departments Center.
Exhibitions, competitions, murals, micro-stories, or posters, give rise to all subjects to help deepen the figure of this visionary writer.
This morning, a large balloon in the center of the courtyard of the Institute has made everyone remember his novel "Five Weeks in a Balloon", although only about 150 students, chosen by lot have noted how it feels to ascend in a balloon .
As they did with Leonardo da Vinci or Galileo Galilei, the practical study of the figure of Jules Verne will, henceforth, be more familiar to students of the Centre.
